Conference Fees
Received on or before October 24, 2023, US$650
Received after October 24, 2023, US$750

Pre-Registration Deadline
All pre-registrations need to be received before Thursday, November 9 at 6:00 pm EST. After this time, only on-site registrations will be processed.

Registration fee includes:
• Daily continental breakfast
• Daily lunch and refreshment breaks
• “La Fiesta del Curso” cocktail reception and dance (for 2 people)
• Trade show exhibits
• Raffles
• Syllabus
• Other course materials
• Group photograph (will be emailed in electronic format)

Cancellation Policy
Conference tuition, less a $100 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is received on or before October 24, 2023. No refunds shall be considered after October 24, 2023.

Early Registration
Pre-registered attendees may obtain their registration materials at the Registration Desk at the Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC), on Sunday, November 12 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Regular Registration Hours
Standard registration hours will be from 7:50 am to 8:50 am on Monday, November 13 at the Registration Desk Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC) for both new and pre-registered participants.

Registrations Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of your registration form and payment.

Services for the Disabled
If special arrangements are required for an individual with a disability to attend this conference, contact Danicza Zupcic at curso@med.miami.edu on or before October 24, 2023.

NO AMA Continuing Medical Education Credits will be awarded.
