Whether you are a professional singer, a vocal student, or healing from a vocal condition, the voice therapy services team at University of Miami Health System helps maintain your voice and vocal cords through our laryngology and voice services. Laryngologists diagnose and care for conditions of the voice, and specifically of the larynx (voice box).

We provide extensive, accurate, and comprehensive care for a wide spectrum of vocal conditions and disorders, ranging from a simple sore throat to vocal fold lesions and paralysis. Our advanced diagnostic and treatment services help give you the highest degree of relief from the vocal symptoms that are bothering you.

We help manage everything from simple hoarseness and vocal fatigue in professional vocalists to more complex problems such as vocal fold paralysis. We also evaluate and manage tracheal (airway) disorders and problems with swallowing.
