The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center will help care for your pancreatic cancer. While pancreatic cancer has a difficult prognosis, the experts at our cancer center have the tools and equipment to care for your disease. Using the most up-to-date therapies, the researchers and physicians at our cancer center are at the cutting edge for surgical care and medical treatment.
For patients experiencing long-lasting quality-of-life or gastrointestinal symptoms, we have a variety of resources at your disposal.
Patients should continue to follow closely with their physicians, as continued imaging with X-rays, MRIs and CAT scans may be needed. Additionally, chemotherapy or radiation treatments may be required. Patients should ask about all side effects of upcoming treatments and procedures.
