We evaluate patients with elevated risk factors, including family history, clinical indicators and genetic factors and then create personalized, research-driven care plans to help them reduce their cancer risk.
Specialized Clinics for Referral
- High-Risk Cancer Clinic: For patients without a diagnosis or known mutation who warrant expert risk assessment.
- Genetic Predisposition Syndrome (GPS) Clinic: For patients (or first-degree relatives) with a confirmed hereditary cancer syndrome, including those not currently on active treatment.
Comprehensive Co-Management
We partner with you to provide your high-risk patients with personalized and comprehensive support. Our team ensures you remain central to the care journey through consistent communication on intervention plans, with the added benefit of expedited access to Sylvester's team of experts should a diagnosis occur.
