Join us for the 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment Summit hosted by Jackson Health System, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and the University of Miami Health System!
The Community Summit will provide a platform to review the findings of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and foster a collaborative group discussion to prioritize the identified needs. Together, attendees will explore the next steps to address these health needs effectively. Your participation and input are crucial in shaping the strategies and interventions that will drive positive change in the lives of our community members.
