Stand and Stretch

Stretching is vital for keeping your muscles healthy and maintaining a full range of motion in your joints. When you don’t stretch, your muscles become tight and prone to injury.

Take a break from work and join the UHealth Fitness & Wellness Center every Wednesday for a guided 10-minute Stand and Stretch. Sessions are open to non-members.
