Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, part of UHealth - University of Miami Health System, is the only cancer center in South Florida that is academic-based and designated as a National Cancer Institute (NCI) cancer center. It delivers the region's most advanced approaches for preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. Sylvester is among the nation's top 10% in leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma, and in colon, lung, ovarian, prostate and uterine cancer surgeries.
