Miller School of Medicine.

Opening in mid 2025, UHealth at SoLé Mia grows our footprint with an expansive 7-story, 370,000 square foot facility that brings academic-based medicine to North Miami, Aventura and the surrounding areas. Now, these communities will have easy access to expert care from South Florida’s only NCI-designated cancer center, the number one eye hospital in the nation and more.

KENNETH C. GRIFFIN CANCER RESEARCH BUILDING
Slated to open in 2025, this 12-story, 244,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility will bring new hope to patients in South Florida and beyond. Another bold move to accelerate cancer research by the region’s first and only NCI-designated cancer center, the Kenneth C. Griffin Cancer Research Building will serve as a unique hub for innovation, wellness and patient-centered care for one of the world’s most diverse communities — all under one roof.

EXPANSION & RENOVATION
Expected by 2026, the renovation at UHealth Tower will improve the overall patient experience at our health system’s flagship hospital. From cosmetic and facade enhancements to major updates that will advance the building’s utility, functionality and capabilities, this expansion furthers our ability to continue providing exceptional patient care for our community.
