We understand the needs of international patients and families. Our international coordinators will welcome patients and assist with scheduling appointments, insurance verification, travel and hotel assistance, and medical visas.

With MyUHealthChart, patients can access medical records electronically online. It provides new, convenient methods of communication with our doctors. Patients can also renew prescriptions, send messages, and schedule appointments — all online.
LANGUAGE SERVICES
We can arrange for certified medical interpreter services to help interpret important medical information about your patient's care via telephone, video remote interpretation or in-person, at no cost.
AIR AMBULANCE & EMERGENCY PATIENT TRANSFER ASSISTANCE
UHealth International provides assistance with international air ambulance emergency patient transfers to the University of Miami Health System hospital, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
