Our team of multicultural and multilingual UHealth International coordinators will welcome you and will remain ready to help you through your journey towards optimum health by providing you with seamless and personalized care and services. Miami has one of the largest Latin American and Caribbean communities in the United States and our UHealth team reflects our community. You are our main priority, so let us focus on the details so you can focus on healing.
We can also arrange for certified medical interpreter services to help interpret important medical information about your care via telephone, video remote interpretation, or in-person at no cost.
Financial and Insurance Services
UHealth International has a team of insurance verifiers ready to assist you with obtaining verification of benefits and pre-authorizations for care and will prepare cost estimates for non-covered services. We also provide self-pay patients (those without insurance) with cost estimates for all-inclusive packaged services at a discounted rate.
Hotel, transportation, and medical visas
UHealth patients enjoy discounted rates at South Florida hotels, extended stay properties, and car rental agencies. When required, our UHealth International team can assist with medical visa documentation. With MyUHealthChart, patients can access medical records electronically, at any time from anywhere. It provides new, convenient methods of communication with our doctors. UHealth patients can also renew their prescriptions, send messages, and schedule appointments - all online.
