Epigenetic regulation of stem cells: They discovered that human breast and ovarian cancer stem cells are regulated epigenetically by HDAC7. 3. Multiplexing prognostic and therapeutic proteins: They found that the combined expression of AR/VDR/ER predicts 6.9 fold better survival for breast cancer.
