Research Focus

Our multidisciplinary research focuses on characterizing the mental and physical health impact of cannabis and/or psychedelics use among patients with chronic disease, such as cancer. We accomplish this by focusing on the endocannabinoid system and serotonin receptors as mechanisms by which phytocannabinoids from cannabis and metabolites from psychedelics influence health.
