The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center is connected to the Miami International Merchandise Mart and the Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC). The hotel is just minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA) and offers 24-hour complimentary airport transportation to and from MIA. The special hotel rate is US$185 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy for the first 150 reservations. A daily hotel fee of US$10.00 will be charged for each additional person over the age of 17. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Special rate will apply three days before and three days after the conference based on availability.

Bascom Palmer’s preferred room bloc will be released on October 6, 2024. Reservations and deposits received after that date are subject to current rates and availability. Please contact the Hotel directly for cancellation policies.
