Belinda Quinta is the administrator of ophthalmology operations and research at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. With over 25 years of experience, she leads and manages all research activities including but not limited to grant administration (pre-awards and post-awards) for the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.

She is the liaison between Bascom Palmer and the University’s centralized office of research administration and a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA).
