Conference Fees

Registration rate is $250. Conference fees include course materials, welcome reception, continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.
RESIDENTS AND FELLOWS currently enrolled in a full-time ophthalmology training program are eligible for a special registration rate of $40. Click here to register at the special residents/fellows rate.

Cancellation Policy

Conference tuition, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is received on or before January 4, 2019. No refunds shall be considered after January 4, 2019 or after sixty (60) days following payment.
