Registration rate is $350. Conference fees include course materials, continental breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and cocktail reception on Saturday night.
Conference tuition, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is received on or before November 16, 2018. No refunds shall be considered after November 16, 2018 or after sixty (60) days following payment.
