Early Registration
Pre-registered ophthalmologists may obtain registration materials on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at the registration desk in the Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC), adjacent to the DoubleTree by Marriott Hotel between 3:00 pm and 5:00 p.m.
New Registrants
Standard registration hours for both new and pre-registered participants are 7:50- 8:50 a.m., Sunday, November 4, at the registration desk in the Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC), adjacent to the DoubleTree by Marriott Hotel.
Registration Fee
Received on or before October 12, 2018, US $575
Received after October 12, 2018, US $675
Payment may be made in the form of:
- Major credit card: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
- No personal checks, please.
In case of cancellation, registration fees are not refundable.
