Conference Fees

Received on or before October 6, 2025, US$750
Received after October 6, 2025, US$850

Pre-Registration Deadline
All pre-registrations need to be received before Wednesday, October 22 at 6:00 pm ET. After this time, only on-site registrations will be processed.

Registration fee includes:
• Daily light breakfast
• Daily lunch and refreshment breaks
• Cocktail reception (for 2 people)
• Trade show exhibits
• Raffles
• Electronic Syllabus
• Group photograph (will be emailed in electronic format)

Cancellation Policy
Conference tuition, less a $100 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is received on or before October 6, 2025. No refunds shall be considered after October 6, 2025.

Early Registration Hours
Pre-registered attendees may obtain their registration materials at the Registration Desk at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Miami on Saturday, October 25 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Regular Registration Hours
Standard registration hours will be from 7:50 am to 8:50 am on Sunday, October 26 at the Registration Desk, Hyatt Regency Downtown Miami on Saturday for both new and pre-registered participants.

Registrations Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of your registration form and payment.

Services for the Disabled
If special arrangements are required for an individual with a disability to attend this conference, contact Danicza Zupcic at curso@med.miami.edu on or before October 10, 2025.

NO AMA Continuing Medical Education Credits will be awarded.
