Ms. Decatur is an experienced laboratory manager with 10 years’ experience in a fast-paced laboratory, who handles all the “behind the scene” lab processes. She is also a certified clinical coordinator who is spearheading the largest ocular oncology, NCI-sponsored 26-multicenter prospective clinical study to date.
Jeffim Kuznetsoff

Jeffim Kuznetsoff, Ph.D.

Senior Staff Scientist
Dr. Kuznetsoff has a strong background in cell biology. Dr. Kuznetsoff completed his post-doctorate fellowship with Dr. Harbour where he developed expertise in epigenetics and demonstrated solid experience with ChiP sequencing and RNA-sequencing. He leads our team in constructing, developing, and testing genetically engineered cell lines for lab experiments.
James Dollar

James Dollar, B.S.

M.D./Ph.D. Candidate
Mr. Dollar is currently an MD/PhD trainee who holds a B.S. in microbiology and cell science and minors in bioinformatics and biomolecular engineering. He has experience with multiple programming languages including Unix, R, and Python and extensive experience with genetic and genomic analysis. He has developed expertise in single cell RNA sequencing and bioinformatics data analysis for the lab’s projects.

Sebastian Salazar, B.S.

Research Associate
Mr. Salazar has experience processing human specimens collected from the operating room. He is involved with tissue procurement and specimen processing for the lab’s biorepository. He also oversees the animal colony, husbandry, and breeding.

Natalie Cetta, B.S.

Research Associate
Ms. Cetta, the newest member of the team, comes from a parasitology lab. She performs lab assignments related to wet lab techniques, and prepares blood samples for single cell RNA sequencing for the investigator-initiated, LAG3i clinical trial.
