Our Credentialing and Medical Staff Offices have comprehensive processes designed to ensure the delivery of high-quality care at UHealth. Several team members will support you in completing the credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment requirements. The timely completion of the initial credentialing application and submission of necessary documents are vital to meeting your designated start date.
If you do not have a valid Florida medical license, please apply as soon as possible.

There are a series of onboarding tasks that must be completed prior to your first day. More information will be sent to the email address that you used on your application. It is important to check your email regularly to ensure you do not miss any forms or notifications.
At least two weeks prior to your start date, you will be required to attend a pre-employment visit on the Medical Campus. A representative from the Office of Physician & Provider Recruitment will contact you directly to schedule this appointment.
The Office of Immigration Services within the Department of Human Resources assists with establishing and maintaining your employment eligibility and immigration status.
