If you have not used ZOOM, you will be prompted to download the program. Participant names cannot be removed, so please sign on using an alias. Sound & Stillness (Sound Bowl Relaxation)
1st Friday of each month | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Experience the calming vibrations of sound bowls in a
guided relaxation session designed to help quiet the mind,
release tension, and promote deep relaxation.
No musical experience required.
