Experience
Minimum 2 year of nursing experience.
Certifications and Licensing
- Registered Nurse License
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider course
- ONS/ONCC required before start date
