Who is a Candidate?
We see patients with a current or past cancer diagnosis, either during treatment or years after. If you’re experiencing pain, loss of function, emotional stress, loss of feeling, and/or loss of ability to move due to cancer or treatment, we can help you.
What to Expect
During your first visit, you’ll get a full medical and physical evaluation by a physiatrist with expertise in cancer rehabilitation.
Together with a team, the physiatrist will develop a treatment plan based on your specific needs, which may include:
- Non-surgical or minimally invasive treatments for pain
- Education and counseling about your condition and living healthy
- Neuropsychology evaluations
- Therapies to improve cognition and reduce emotional stress
