Through our Nurse Residency Program, you’ll build the advanced skills and competencies needed to enhance your transition into clinical practice with ongoing mentorship from nursing staff, leaders and academic experts.

Our 12-month program, in partnership with HealthStream Jane AI and Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency programs, offers you the opportunity to:

Eligibility Requirements

To apply for our nurse residency program, you must be a:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program with less than 12 months experience, and
  • Hold a current unrestricted RN license (or international equivalent), and certifications in basic and advanced cardiovascular life support from the American Heart Association
