Program faculty comprise the University of Miami Sports Medicine Institute, based at the Lennar Foundation Medical Center in Coral Gables, FL. This state-of-the-art facility opened in December 2016 and is located on the undergraduate campus of the University of Miami and is adjacent to the Hurricane’s athletic facilities. As the official medical provider for all University of Miami Athletics and the Miami Marlins, the fellow is also directly involved in the care of these athletes. There are no call or moonlighting responsibilities.
