Class Description:

Monday at 12:00PM GLUTEUS MAYHEM: One-hour class devoted to strengthening and toning the lower body and core.

Cardio (ONLINE)

**Current members, UM employees, and non-members/guests can purchase unlimited classes for the month or simply pay per class!**

Important Details:

Each group fitness class requires pre-registration.

• Registration opens 14 days prior to the start of each class -- select 'Register' under the desired date/time below.
• Participants must check in at the front desk upon arrival to class 
• Participants must cancel their registration no later than 1 minute before the start of class to avoid "no show" disciplinary action
• Registrations for virtual classes will be sent a zoom link to your email

*Note: If you attempt to register and see the following error message: "There are no instances available at this time", that likely means you are trying to register too early. Come back and try again once registration is open, 14 days before each class.
