If your Fallopian tubes are blocked it will be difficult to achieve pregnancy naturally; you are also at high risk for ectopic pregnancy. The most common causes for tubal disease are pelvic infection, sexually transmitted diseases, endometriosis, and pelvic surgery among others. Your treatment could include tubal surgery, In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), or both.
