Special Conference Rate
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at a discounted rate:
- US $369/night +$29 resort fee/room per night for Single/Double Room
** A daily Hotel Service Fee of $29/room per night, plus tax will be added to each individual room and includes:
- Guestroom Wi-Fi access for up to 5 devices
- Meeting Room Wi-Fi access for Meeting/Conference Attendees, within the attendee network, in all Meeting Rooms.
- Meeting Room Wi-Fi excludes any special network customization, or dedicated networks needed exclusively for Production, Registration, Staff, or any other purpose.
- One fitness class per day in our Core Fitness Training Facility
- Four beach lounges
- 10% off cabana rentals
- 1-hour non-motorized water sports
- 1-hour bicycle rental
The hotel extends the group rate 3 days pre- and post-conference dates based on availability. After this date, reservation requests will be considered on a space available basis.
Reservations
Room reservations will be made by individual attendees by clicking on the following direct link to online reservations at the hotel or call 954-602-6000 before April 15, 2024.
All reservations must be received by the hotel no later than April 15, 2024. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
