His major interests in cancer research are focused on utilizing different imaging modalities in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, and in particular PET/CT, to improve the diagnosis and staging of cancer patients and to investigate how image quantitation can be used to aid in lesion detection and characterization. Another area of research interest is to explore novel radiotracers for imaging of different malignancies that may have therapeutic potential in the form of Theranostics.
