Costs and Timelines

The exact costs and time to receive your written second opinion can vary based on your individual case. In general, you can expect the following:

  • Cost: $1,500 (no insurance accepted)
  • Timeline: You can expect to receive your written second opinion report within 72 business hours of completing all required documentation. It may take longer depending on the specialist and any extra review services that may be needed.

Records You’ll Need

Please note that you must submit all records in English. You are responsible for the cost of any translation services that may be needed.

Please plan to submit the following records. We may request additional records as needed.

  1. Imaging reports AND uploaded images (DICOM format)
  2. Pathology reports (for cancer cases)
  3. Laboratory analysis – complete blood count, prostate specific antigen, comprehensive metabolic profile, urinalysis, urine culture, stone analysis, tumor markers
  4. Urodynamics reports (if available for BPH and voiding dysfunction)
  5. Cystoscopy report (for bladder cancer, BPH, urinary voiding dysfunction or hematuria)
  6. Operative report (for any prior genitourinary surgery)
