- Cost: $1,500 (no insurance accepted)
- Timeline: You can expect to receive your written medical second opinion report within 10 business days of receiving the acceptance letter. It may take longer depending on the doctor and any extra review services that may be needed.

Please note that you must submit all records in English. You are responsible for the cost of any translation services that may be needed.

- Imaging reports AND uploaded images (DICOM format)
- Pathology reports (for cancer cases)
- Laboratory analysis – complete blood count, prostate specific antigen, comprehensive metabolic profile, urinalysis, urine culture, stone analysis, tumor markers
- Urodynamics reports (if available for BPH and voiding dysfunction)
- Cystoscopy report (for bladder cancer, BPH, urinary voiding dysfunction or hematuria)
- Operative report (for any prior genitourinary surgery)
