Research Focus

Our lab is part of the Myeloma Research Institute led by Ola Landgren. The lab integrates clinical, computational, and molecular biology expertise to determine the genomic drivers underlying the initiation and progression of lymphoproliferative disorders. Over the last few years, it has modeled and integrated clinical and genomic data to better characterize the pathogenesis and (sub)clonal evolution of hematological malignancies such as multiple myeloma, lymphomas, and therapy-related myeloid neoplasms. Our mission is to execute research that informs and moves clinical practices in oncology forward. Our team has strong expertise in clinical and genome profiling analysis, has a proven track record in developing high-throughput laboratory and analytical pipelines (bioinformatics and statistical), and can integrate large and complex genomic datasets.
