Research Focus

Dr. Traeger's program of externally funded research focuses on developing and testing behavioral and health services interventions to improve quality of life and care experiences of adults affected by cancer. She studies patient-centered strategies to optimize physical and mental health and to enhance patient self-management of complex treatment regimens and survivorship challenges.
