  • Enhance participation of women and nationally underrepresented minorities in the research workforce, center leadership, and advisory boards.
  • Recruit, retain, and support career-enhancing research opportunities for diverse team members to prepare them for center leadership.
  • Leverage and build upon institutional infrastructure to support the careers of women and underrepresented minorities to train leaders and make Sylvester a better place to work.
  • Develop metrics to monitor and evaluate the above goals.
