305-270-3400UHealth – University of Miami Health System expanded its Kendall facility in February 2009, and opened Sylvester at Kendall to provide cancer care more conveniently for patients living in Kendall and the surrounding communities in south Miami-Dade County. Sylvester at Kendall features a chemotherapy suite, a laboratory, and an on-site pharmacy, allowing for precise monitoring of cancer patients’ lab results and medications.
In total, more than 60 UHealth physicians practice at the facility, offering services in more than 30 adult and pediatric specialties and subspecialties. In addition to cancer care, patients at UHealth at Kendall can take advantage of other services, including endocrinology, ENT/otolaryngology, and gastroenterology.
