UHealth nurse practitioners offer screenings for the following conditions: HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, hepatitis B and C, and gonorrhea. In addition, they also provide patient counseling, prescriptions (for PrEP, nPEP and STI treatments), and referrals to UHealth specialists when appropriate.

Testing for HIV and STD only takes 20 minutes. Rapid HIV results are ready while you wait and results for STD labs that need to be sent out are usually ready within 72 hours.
