The Office of Patient Experience is your source for help and support regarding your patient journey at UHealth. We strive to deliver an excellent service for our patients, families, and staff.

Our department is charged by UHealth Leadership to manage the complaint and grievance process for the health system. If you are an in-patient, please ask a staff member to contact the Office of Patient Experience to have a representative meet you in your room or please call us at:

If you or your family has had an exceptional experience and would like to commend our staff please call, email or send a letter using the same contact information listed above.

Our goal is to support you throughout your in-patient or ambulatory journey. We have patient experience specialists who will check-in on you during your in-patient stay. They can also assist with any questions or concerns. In addition, our department will assist with:

  • Notary Public Services
    • Must be alert and oriented
    • Have valid picture ID
  • Request for Spiritual Care
  • Questions about parking, shuttle services, dining options
  • Provide hospital verification letters for airlines
