Research Focus

My researches focus on vascular biology and tumor biology. Ongoing projects related to vascular biology include the development of novel cell-based therapy and gene therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD)/critical limb threatening ischemia (CLTI) and diabetic non-healing wounds. Current tumor biology-related project focuses on study how cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF) modulate cancer stem cells-determined cancer metastasis and drug-resistance.
