Fit Club is a great way to start your day! It's a 45-minute full body workout focusing on strength, cardio, and flexibility with the supervision of a personal trainer. Our trainers give personalized attention in a small group, with a maximum of six participants per session.

Fit Club is a great way to meet people, or you can bring a group of friends or colleagues to exercise with.

Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:15 AM - 7:00 AM
