I’m scheduled for surgery. How do I know what time my surgery will be?
A representative from surgical scheduling will call you after 3 p.m. the day before your surgery to let you know when to arrive. If your surgery is on a Monday, they will call you the Friday before.
I am having surgery. What do I need to do before my procedure?
Your physician will discuss important pre-operative information with you and we will email you a copy of the important requirements prior to your surgical appointment.
After surgery, what do I need to know?
Your post-operative instructions will be provided to you during discharge, and will include any prescriptions and physical therapy requirements.

Who do I contact with questions about billing?
You may receive separate bills from the doctor or provider and from the University of Miami Hospital, where our clinics are based. For provider billing inquiries, call 305-243-2900.
