The Cancer Care Coordination and Support Services Office facilitates access to top-tier cancer care, clinical trials and support services for Southwest Florida patients. The Naples care team consists of a nurse navigator and a nurse practitioner.
Services provided at Sylvester at Naples include:
- Coordination of care, including Telehealth visits with Sylvester specialists and in-person visits at any of our UHealth locations
- Accessible on-site nurse navigator and nurse practitioner
- Screening and coordination for clinical trial participation
- Supportive care and survivorship classes and workshops facilitated by nutrition, exercise and other Sylvester experts
- Education and services focused on early detection
The Naples team joins a group of more than 2,600 physicians, scientists and staff at ten Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center locations across South Florida, dedicated to relieving the human burden of cancer.
The Sylvester Naples Cancer Care Coordination & Support Services Office, in collaboration with the US Open Pickleball National Pickleball Center, will be hosting monthly events to raise awareness and engage the community on a variety of cancer prevention topics. These include skin, breast, and lung cancer, multiple myeloma, survivorship and cancer support, and high-risk cancer prevention and screening.
