In your first visit, you meet with all your care providers in a one-on-one setting. The entire visit lasts about 2-3 hours and includes a healthy snack and a massage with our massage therapist. You can return for a follow-up with the team or follow with individual providers. Between visits, we offer access to focus support groups and exercise classes.
