Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Support
The Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource (BBSR) provides comprehensive research support to Cancer Center members conducting cancer-related research. Working collaboratively with investigators, BBSR biostatisticians and bioinformaticians contribute to all phases of the research process, including study design, protocol development, statistical considerations, data management, bioinformatics analyses, data interpretation, and dissemination of findings.
BBSR support is available for basic, translational, clinical, and population-based cancer research projects. Through early engagement and ongoing collaboration, the BBSR helps investigators ensure rigorous study design, appropriate analytical methodologies, and reproducible research outcomes.
To request BBSR support, investigators must complete the required project request form and acknowledge the Service Agreement MOU available at:
Requests are reviewed and assigned to appropriate BBSR personnel based on project needs, expertise, and resource availability.
