The Sylvester Cytometry and Imaging Shared Resource (CISR) offers accessible, cost-effective, state-of-the-art analytical flow cytometry, cell sorting, optical imaging, and spatial multiomics services that are critical to the success of a wide range of cancer research, including studies on complex immunophenotyping, DNA content and cell cycle analysis, cell signaling and pathway activation analysis, and measurement of proliferation and apoptosis.
CISR services include:
- Standard and spectral fluorescence activated cell sorting and analysis
- CyTOF mass cytometry and imaging mass cytometry
- Confocal, super-resolution, and live-cell microscopy
- Data analysis services and analysis software access
- Consultation, training, seminars and workshops
The CISR is a recognized Center for Excellence by the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry
