In 2025, the organization donated $3.4 million to Sylvester, extending a legacy of giving that has now reached almost $115 million. These gifts fund leading-edge research and lifesaving treatments, ensuring patients receive world-class care close to home.
At the heart of this movement is Susan Dinter, chair of The Pap Corps board of directors. A passionate advocate whose leadership spans nearly two decades, Dinter has steered the grassroots organization with vision and determination. Her commitment is personal, her father died of glioblastoma, and her resolve has inspired thousands of members to rally behind Sylvester’s mission.

That hope was vividly expressed through Art in the Park–A Gallery of Hope, The Pap Corps’ signature event. This initiative transformed creativity into philanthropy, with members and patients contributing artwork that symbolized resilience and healing. Funds raised through the gallery support Sylvester’s physician-scientists as they pursue breakthroughs in prevention, treatment and survivorship. At the event, The Pap Corps CEO Sally Berenzweig spoke about the importance of philanthropic giving, saying, “You have the power to change lives and create a lasting legacy of hope.” For donors, this partnership is proof of what philanthropy can achieve: accelerating research, uplifting patients, and shaping a future where cancer is met with innovation and compassion. Together, Sylvester and The Pap Corps continued to turn vision into reality, and hope into healing.
