Please note that these guidelines are created to ensure the safety of our patients. We appreciate your assistance and collaboration in this effort.

Ambulatory (Outpatient) Clinics | Two visitors permitted with a patient. |
Pediatric patients at all UHealth locations | Both parents permitted. No siblings permitted at Alex’s Place. |
Emergency Department and Oncology Care Unit | One visitor allowed. |
Inpatient including COVID+ patients UHealth Tower Sylvester ComprehensiveCancer Center Bascom Palmer Eye Institute |
Floors: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ICU Floors: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Two visitors permitted bedside at a time. Patients with an active oncology diagnosis are permitted one overnight visitor except in intensive care unit. All other overnight stays by exception only. |
Age of inpatient visitation | 15+ Must always be accompanied by an adult. |
Due to space limitations at some UHealth locations, the number of visitors may be limited.
Visitation guidelines will be modified as needed.
